Software company Boomi, which surpassed $500 million in revenue in 2023, is relocating its headquarters to 1 West Elm Street in Conshohocken this March. The company's new location will span 40,600 square feet and include spaces for gathering and collaboration. Building amenities including an expansive employee lounge will allow the company to host town-hall meetings and other events in the building.
CEO Steve Lucas told the Philadelphia Business Journal that the decision to relocate was "about quality versus quantity." "For the Philadelphia area to have a half-billion-dollar, high-growth software company headquartered [here], that's pretty exciting, number one," said Lucas. "Then, number two, for us to be able to take that next step and anchor in a building where you're surrounded by other amazing software companies — Oracle has an office close by — gives us the ability to attract and retain terrific talent."
