Fine Wine & Good Spirits Joins the Schuylkill Yards Community

We are excited to announce that Fine Wine & Good Spirits will soon open at 3151 Market St., joining Starbucks, which is set to open in 2025. The 7,700-square-foot "Premium Collection" store will provide an elevated experience with an expanded selection of high-quality wines and spirits, along with exclusive products. This location will also feature periodic experiential events, such as wine tastings, to engage and delight the community.

This addition reflects our commitment to curating a thoughtful mix of retail options that meet the neighborhood's needs. Both Fine Wine & Good Spirits and Starbucks will be located at one of Philadelphia’s busiest intersections—Market Street and JFK Blvd—offering excellent visibility for tenants and convenient access for everyone in the area.
