FS Investments Relocates Headquarters to 3025 JFK Blvd. in Schuylkill Yards

Brandywine Realty Trust welcomes FS Investments as the latest tenant at 3025 John F. Kennedy Blvd., marking another milestone in the growth of Schuylkill Yards. The alternative asset manager has signed a 16-year lease to relocate its headquarters from the Navy Yard, expanding its footprint by 46% to 117,000 square feet across four floors. With nearly 300 local employees, FS Investments selected the new space for its prime location and access to key transit connections at 30th Street Station. The company plans to move into its new headquarters by early 2026.

The move provides additional space to support FS Investments' expanding team and in-office work model, reinforcing the company's continued growth.

The 28-story mixed-use property offers 200,000 square feet of workspace, a 29,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor amenity floor, 18 floors of luxury residential, 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and the newly expanded High Line Park. With FS Investments joining Goodwin Procter, which signed a lease last year, 3025 JFK Blvd. is now 80% leased.
