# Evolving Office Space Demand in 2025

 

Philadelphia, PA – December 15, 2024 – As recently featured in *The Philadelphia Inquirer*, Brandywine Realty Trust continues to lead the way in meeting the demand for high-quality office spaces in Philadelphia and beyond. Despite market headlines about high vacancies in some buildings, we’ve maintained occupancy above 90% in the city and raised rents over the past two years as businesses relocate from struggling properties to prime locations like Center City’s West Market Street, Conshohocken, and Radnor. “The reality is the really good quality inventory is going to do very well,” said our CEO Jerry Sweeney in the article. With trends like Amazon’s push for five in-office days and smaller tenants reducing hybrid work, the need for well-located, high-performing office environments remains stronger than ever.
