Opening this fall on the ground floor of the historic Bulletin Building, Gather will feature six diverse food vendors and an upscale bar, creating a lively culinary destination for office tenants, commuters, and visitors.
The Bulletin Building, originally home to The Philadelphia Bulletin newspaper, once served as a center for conversation and ideas. The food hall’s design will pay homage to this legacy with vintage accents and newspaper-inspired décor, blending history with a modern dining experience. Located directly across from 30th Street Station and steps from Drexel Square, Gather will be a natural gathering place within Schuylkill Yards.
Schuylkill Yards, Brandywine Realty Trust’s 14-acre innovation district, is transforming University City with new office, residential, and retail spaces, along with extensive greenspace and public programming. As Brandywine's CEO, Jerry Sweeney, shared, “This food hall will not only serve as a place to gather and connect but will further enhance Schuylkill Yards as a premier destination for business, innovation, and community.”
