# Philadelphia Business Journal: Goodwin's Lease at 3025 JFK in Schuylkill Yards Ties for Best Office Deal of 2023

The *Philadelphia Business Journal* announced the Best Real Estate Deals and Dealmakers of 2023. Global law firm Goodwin’s lease at 3025 JFK in Schuylkill Yards tied for Best Office Deal of 2023. Goodwin, which entered the Philadelphia market in early 2023, is expanding its footprint, taking 31,155 square feet at Brandywine’s new 28-story mixed-use tower 3025 JFK. Firm leaders cited the building’s location in University City as a key decision driver, allowing close proximity to the law firm’s life sciences and innovation clients.
