We recently commenced redevelopment on 2340 Dulles Corner Blvd, a 268K SF office building in Northern Virginia, after a leading telecommunications company signed an 11-year, 221K SF lease. The deal represents the fourth largest lease signed regionwide among non-government agencies since early 2021.
