Brandywine Realty Trust & ZRS Management Unveil Solaris House, New Multifamily Project at Uptown ATX

Located within Brandywine’s 66-acre master-planned community Uptown ATX, Solaris House will offer an elevated living experience in a vibrant mixed-use environment. The 13-story residential tower features 341 apartment residences, a 23,000-square-foot amenity terrace, and a 0.3-acre park at ground level.

AUSTIN, TX (February 20, 2024) – Brandywine Realty Trust and ZRS Management today revealed a first look at Solaris House, the first residential offering at Uptown ATX, Brandywine’s 66-acre mixed-use community in North Austin. Solaris House features 341 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom residences and will offer a select number of units dedicated to the City of Austin’s Smart Housing Program. A 23,000-square-foot amenity terrace featuring a pool and outdoor dining and gathering areas connects Solaris House to One Uptown, a mixed-use tower featuring eight (8) floors of office space over six (6) levels of structured parking and 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Solaris House is scheduled to open in late Spring 2024.

Designed by award-winning multi-disciplinary design firm GFF, Solaris House will set a new standard for luxury living in North Austin. Thoughtfully designed units feature top-of-the-line stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops with tile backsplashes, contemporary cabinetry in two color schemes, and a full-size washer/dryer in all residences. Upgrades available in select units include undercabinet lighting, luxury spa/shower combos, walk-in showers, mudrooms, and private yards or balconies.

The amenity offering at Solaris House supports a next-level lifestyle. Within the building, residents have access to a social lounge with private dining room, TVs, billiards, and a kitchenette; a coworking lounge with conference center, phone rooms, and wet bar; a quiet business lounge; and a fitness center featuring state-of-the-art strength/cardio exercise equipment with stretching/warm up area. Solaris House also offers a concierge service, bicycle storage and repair station, a pet spa with washing stations, and package lockers accessible 24/7. A gated parking garage with electric car charging stations is shared with One Uptown.

Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool deck with grilling stations, dining space, and private cabanas in addition to an outdoor lounge with TVs and a kitchenette. At ground level, residents have direct access to Solaris Park, a public greenspace that will ultimately connect to 11 acres of parks and public spaces throughout Uptown ATX.
