RADNOR, PA (February 12, 2026) — Brandywine Realty Trust today announced The Brandywine, a new boutique hotel opening this spring at 165 King of Prussia Road in Radnor, Pennsylvania, ushering in a new era of hospitality, vibrant design, and bold culinary experiences on the Main Line. A Marriott Bonvoy Tribute Portfolio Hotel operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, the 121-room property will feature two signature dining concepts – Merrick’s Tavern and Pomelo Rooftop Terrace – that will serve locals, visitors, and the business community alike.

Owned and developed by Brandywine Realty Trust, the hotel is a key component of the firm’s 2.1 million-square-foot presence in Radnor, which includes amenity-rich office and lab space nestled in the area’s suburban landscape. The property’s captivating design, inviting guest rooms, and energetic social spaces will blend the warm familiarity of Bonvoy perks with the character and style of the Main Line.

Merrick’s Tavern, located on the property’s ground floor, will offer a welcoming setting where gatherings unfold easily. The menu will balance refinement with approachability, serving regional American classics, thoughtfully imagined cocktails, and a bar that leans into a deep affection for bourbon and rye, alongside local brews and an extensive wine list.

Perched above it all, Pomelo Rooftop Terrace will host guests year-round with refined and effortless service. The rooftop blends moments of quiet with a lively social energy, offering creative cocktails rooted in nature’s apothecary and a locally sourced yet globally inspired menu – ultimately creating a standout destination for sunset gatherings, weekend celebrations, and special occasions.
