Brandywine Realty Trust and ZRS Management recently revealed a first look at Solaris House, the first residential offering at Brandywine's 66-acre mixed-use neighborhood, Uptown ATX. The 341-unit development will offer luxury apartments and an expansive array of indoor and outdoor amenities including a resort-style pool deck, various lounges, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a concierge service.
Solaris House is connected to One Uptown, the recently delivered 348,000-square-foot office building, via the 23,000-square-foot amenity terrace. Of leasing activity at One Uptown, Brandywine Executive Vice President and Managing Director Bill Redd told the Austin Business Journal, interest from potential office tenants is strong with a pipeline of prospects ranging from 5,000 to 200,000 square feet and a 12,000-square-foot lease with an undisclosed tenant.
In addition to activity at Solaris House and One Uptown, Brandywine is invested in improving the connectivity of Uptown ATX to the Domain, North Austin, and the surrounding metro. Improvements to infrastructure enhancements to Burnet Road include new and enhanced traffic lights and crosswalks at multiple points along Burnet Road, a bike path, a shared path, and an entirely new traffic lane along the entire frontage of Uptown ATX.
